Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara
Depart from Nairobi Wilson Airport on a charter flight to Masai Mara (approx. 1 hour).
Upon arrival, a safari guide will greet you and transfer you to your luxury camp, where you can unwind and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding plains.
After lunch, set off on your first exhilarating afternoon game drive in a 4x4 Land Cruiser, where you’ll have the chance to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and more.
Return to camp or lodge at 6 PM for a lavish dinner under the stars.
Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara
The day begins with a sunrise game drive — the golden hour perfect for viewing predator activity and dramatic landscapes.
Enjoy your packed breakfast in the bush and continue the game drive.
Return to camp for lunch and enjoy downtime to review photos or rest.
After lunch, head back out for another game drive around 3 PM to look for more wildlife. Opportunities abound to see big cats, wildebeest herds, giraffes, and dramatic Mara skies.
Return to camp each evening for dinner.
Optional without Extra Cost: Full-day game drives can be arranged with packed meals instead of two game drives to explore deeper parts of the reserve and follow migration paths or river crossings.
Day 3: Full day in Masai Mara
Today, you can choose to spend the day according to plan from below:
Plan A: Embark on a full-day game drive starting at 6 AM, with packed breakfast and picnic lunch in Masai Mara. Explore deeper into the reserve for wildlife— picnic lunch under an acacia tree, visit the Mara River, and watch hippos and crocodiles basking. Return to the lodge or camp by 6 PM for dinner and overnight stay.
Plan B: Start with a sunrise game drive at 6 AM to observe predators in action. Enjoy a bush breakfast around 9 AM with stunning views. Return for lunch at 12 PM and relax until 3 PM. In the afternoon, head out for an evening drive to spot more wildlife. Return to the lodge or camp by 6:00 PM for dinner and overnight.
Optional Extra: Enjoy an early morning hot air balloon ride followed by a bush breakfast upon landing adjusted with plan A or B on one of the two days.
Day 4: Masai Mara to Nairobi
After an early breakfast, check out from your lodge or camp. Visit a traditional Masai village to immerse in their vibrant culture, learn about their customs, and witness a captivating Masai dance.
Fly back to Nairobi Wilson Airport for your onward journey.
