Spend an extended time in Kenya’s premier safari destination, Masai Mara to track leopards, lion prides, elephants and other wildlife and witness the drama of the plains.
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara
Pick up in Nairobi from your hotel around 7- 8 AM in the morning, with a drive through the Rift Valley into Masai Mara with a transfer time of 5-6 hours.
Arrive in time for lunch and check-in at your camp.
Embark on a guided nature walk, an unforgettable way to connect with the wild heart of the Mara, offering an up-close encounter with its unique flora and fauna under the expert guidance of local Masai guides.
Return at 6:00 PM for dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp.

Day 2 & 3: Full Days in Masai Mara
You will spend next two days in Masai Mara. You can choose any plan from below:
Plan A: Embark on a full-day game drive starting at 6 AM, with packed breakfast and picnic lunch in Masai Mara. Explore deeper into the reserve for wildlife— picnic lunch under an acacia tree, visit the Mara River, and watch hippos and crocodiles basking. Return to the lodge or camp by 6 PM for dinner and overnight stay.
Plan B: Start with a sunrise game drive at 6 AM to observe predators in action. Enjoy a bush breakfast around 9 AM with stunning views. Return for lunch at 12 PM and relax until 3 PM. In the afternoon, head out for an evening drive to spot more wildlife. Return to the lodge or camp by 6:30 PM for dinner and overnight.
Optional Extra: Enjoy an early morning hot air balloon ride followed by a bush breakfast upon landing adjusted with plan A or B on one of the two days.

Explore deeper into the reserve for wildlife tracking the wildebeests herds, visit the Mara River, and watch hippos and crocodiles basking. Return to the lodge or camp by 6 PM for dinner and overnight stay.
Full-day game drives in the Masai Mara are key to witnessing the wildebeest river crossings, which are unpredictable and require patience. Staying out all day boosts your chances of catching this rare and dramatic event.
Plan B: Start with a sunrise game drive at 6 AM to observe predators in action. Enjoy a bush breakfast around 9 AM with stunning views. Return for lunch at 12 PM and relax until 3 PM. In the afternoon, head out for an evening drive to spot more wildlife. Return to the lodge or camp by 6:30 PM for dinner and overnight.
Some travellers prefer two shorter game drives—morning and afternoon—when wildlife is most active and temperatures are cooler. This also allows for a relaxing midday break at the lodge, ideal for families or a slower pace.
Optional Extra: After an early breakfast at the lodge, visit the Rhino Sanctuary for a unique guided walking experience with Rhinos, adjusted with plan A.
Day 5: Masai Mara – Nairobi
After having breakfast at your lodge or camp, visit a traditional Maasai village to immerse in their vibrant culture, learn about their customs, and witness a captivating Maasai dance. Experience the unique lifestyle, traditional attire, and rituals that define Maasai heritage.
Return to Nairobi with a transfer time of 5-6 hours, drop off to your hotel or airport in the
afternoon or evening.
